Okay, before I start the review , I need to say some off-topic stuff: I HATE the negative reviewers posting on these toy hamsters. I mean, I've read the 1-star and 2-star reviews on the hamsters, and almost ALL of them include talking about how overpriced the toy was. I mean, that has NOTHING to do with the toy hamster!!! You should be talking about how durable it was, how fun, etc. I hate all those reviewers that have to underrate things for a reason that has NOTHING to do with reviewing the actual product. Like if you didn't recieve your wii game after 2 weeks, you shouldn't downgrade it on the game's REVIEW page. Just go to the seller's FEEDBACK page. Get me? Alright, let's get on with the review.
These little hamsters are actually very fun, and they're even more fun if you get the accessories. They are very simple to understand and play with. You press their back and they run and spin around and make silly sounds. But the REAL magic is unlocked when you buy the accessories.
When the hamsters run through the tubes, they read the codes with a special code readers and make new sounds as if they were doing something in that room. Like if your pet is running to the bathroom, it will read the code and might make a toilet flushing sound.
Our Nugget was received in GREAT condition, and my little sister smiled and cheered when she opened her b-day present and found her very own hamster. And it doesn't make poop that you have to clean up!
She was very happy and has lots of fun with the hamster. We are adding even more to our collection of Zhu and having lots of fun. Buy Nugget and start or add to your Zhu collection today!

This is a very nice Zhu Zhu Pets hamster. Everything works perfectly.
The hamster makes a lot of cute noises, and can run around on hard surfaces. Also, the hamster is very soft! A very entertaining toy that never looses its charm.
Great price too.

I think this zhu zhu pet is cute and even though it shouldn't cost THAT much,the toy is kool to play with. Plus, if you get some accessories, it is entertaining to watch the hamster move around. I got the Zhu Zhu pet adventure ball and its SO fun to watch the toy run around in the ball. GREAT TOY!

I got this for my niece for her 8th birthday. It does what it says it'll do. Fun toy, runs around. Better on hard surface.
