Great, Long Lasting, Fun Toy Sep 16, 2010
By Trinity We boght this tricycle two weeks ago for our 18 month old son. He is definitely too little to ride it by himself and his feet can barely reach the pedals but he loves it anyway. We go for a walk every day and he enjoys being pushed around on it. He has alrady started to figure out how to steer the tricycle. I think the Radio Flyer Classic Red is a wonderful classic toy with a great educational value. Materials are sturdy so the tricycle should last us for a long time. Assembly is very easy and only takes about 5 minutes. The only complaint I would have is the fact that rubber tires smell horrific. We could not keep the trike in the house the first few days as the smell was disgusting and unbearable. But that sure doesn't stop it from being a great toy. THUMBS UP. Great buy!

Beautiful Retro-style Tricycle Oct 11, 2010
By oettam Love the look of this tricycle. My little man looks so cute in it and he gets many envious looks from the other kids on the playgrounds. It is super easy for the little ones to. Only downside is that it is rather small...it is supposed to be for 2-4years old. My son is only just a little over 3 years old, and the seat is raised on the last notch and still it is a bit too low for him. One other complaint is that it is rather complicated to take the push handle off each time.

Great bike for tall toddler Sep 20, 2010
By K. Kennedy We have a Kettler trike which was just too difficult for our very tall three year old to ride on. The Radio Flyer is a great choice if you have a toddler with long legs. The upright nature of the bike seems to be helping our toddler learn to peddle. I'd recommend the Radio Flyer.

My 1 3/4 year old granddaughter always gets a thrill with a ride on this trike. Her feet can barely reach the pedals but she hangs on to the handlebars and "steers". The pole in the back is sturdy and lets me lift up the front wheel and push her along. When we get to the end of the hall she turns the handlebars for the return trip. She also likes to play with the front wheel when it's propped up. I wish the grandpa bar were angled a bit more but it works fine. Sturdy device that will serve well I'm sure.

By Matthew's Mom I purchased this tricycle for my son's 2nd birthday and it was the perfect choice! Many of the bikes I looked at had plastic wheels which I did not want.
This bike was a breeze for me to put together and I love the removable push handle. It is just a great little bike and the quality is superior.
