great for boys who want a doll Feb 12, 2009

We bought this for our 5 year old nephew after he was jealous of our little girl's dolls. He loves it, named it, puts it to bed, etc. It is wonderful to see his nurturing side develop since he is "all boy", besides his doll.

I had been looking for a while for a durable water baby that would hold up and not mold quickly. I am hoping I have found it! It works well in the water and my daughter really is enjoying having "someone" to play with in the tub. Just as a note, the boy is a boy having boy parts. Just a little surprised. But, we'll keep the swim trunks on.

I am a swim instructor and I teach water baby classes, "Baby Bob" goes to every class with me, he is great for demos, is durable, water proof, mold proof, and won't cry when I pick him up. Kids in my classes love him too.

My granddaughter loved it. I like the realistic swimming of the doll. Taking care of the batteries are another thing. Luckily I am taking care of the batteries.
