All stars came in on time, none broken, and no duds. I'm very pleased with this companies product, and plan to buy many, many more!
There is also a "lifetime glow guarantee" that allows me to put dud-stars in an envelope, send them off back to the company, and get replacements! Talk about customer service, when I was a kid and you had duds, you just had to throw them away.
Speaking of which, it's apparent that many of the reviewers on this site didn't have these as kids; you guys are using WAY too much tack if you're running out, because I had a little less than half left over. The amount of putty you're supposed to use for this is so small that if you dropped it on a carpeted floor, you might as well give up on finding it. The amount for the three big stars should be MAYBE the size of your smallest fingernail when it's spread out. And as for popcorn ceilings, no putty will be friendly with a nonsmooth surface. If you want some up there, instead go for some cheap double-sided tape.

Placed stars on a dark blue wall. They charge up in a couple minutes and look very cool. They could have included a bit more stick'em. Very satisfied with product.

My son and I had alot of fun putting the stars on the ceiling of his room. The stars glow as expected and for a reasonable amount of time per 1 minute "charge". The putty that is supplied with the stars to put them on the ceiling didn't look like it would have been enough, but it doesn't take much to hold the stars up, and I actually had putty left over. No stars have fallen off since we put them up. There is a variety of star sizes in the package. Here is what I got: 3-3 1/2 inch stars, 15-1 1/2 inch stars, 19-1 inch stars, and 15-1/2 inch stars. That's 52 plastic stars and the putty. I wish there had been a couple more of the larger (3 1/2 inch) stars, but I am satisfied with the product, and my son loves them. My wife even sat in the dark in his room just looking at them and relaxing for a while. A great, inexpensive addition to any childs room. Would buy again.

The stars came as promised. Sparkles after lights off. You truly only need a tiny bit of putty to put it up. Very easy and durable.

These stars are plastic,stick easy with just a dot of putty in the middle of each, and stay up until you want them down. They are so pretty on the ceiling and glow for a long time! I highly reccomend these stars.
