We ordered size 12M-18M. I can't really fault the costume itself. It's very cute and would be great if it fit better, but you really can't know about fit unless you order it and try it on. The only thing that doesn't make me LOVE the costume is that the material is not breathable at all. I will be praying for a cooler night on Halloween. My son is 18M (as of yesterday) and he's not big for his age... probably 50th percentile, and this costume BARELY fits him. It was a bit of a struggle to get his arms into the costume, so I'm praying that he doesn't grow for a couple weeks. The booties don't fit him at all. They are VERY small. Probably would fit shoe size 4. The costume also has snaps all the way from one ankle to the top. If you have a very wiggly toddler, as I do, it's very hard to get him to stay still long enough to close all the snaps. Can't seem to find this costume in 2T. They just go from 18M to 3T... what the heck?! Anyway, here's the sizing information on the package (that they should include on the web site!):
HEIGHT: 28"-32"
CHEST: 19"-20"
WAIST: 19"-20"
WEIGHT: 20-26 lbs
100% Polyester. Hand wash cold separately. Do not bleach. Line dry. Cool iron if necessary. Do not dry clean. Hood is detachable.

I ordered this for my 18 month old to wear for Halloween, as this was the only Buzz costume I could find for his size. It went perfectly with his older brother's Woody costume; however, the little booties that come with this were worthless, as they do not provide any traction while indoors and he needed to wear shoes while outdoors. Also, my son didn't like the hood, but he just doesn't like things on his head in general. The material is a polyester doesn't breathe very well, but I had my son wear just his diaper underneath (we live in a place that is very warm all year). But like I said before, this was the only Buzz costume I could find in this size, so for that reason I gave it 4 stars.

I ordered the 12-24 buzz lightyear costume and a 12-18 months costume was sent to me. I called the manufacturer who said Amazon made a mistake, they do no make the costume in 12-24 months. Luckily, I had time to find a different costume.

My 3 mo old is still wearing 3 mo sized clothes, but the 0-6 sized costume was WAY too small. I couldn't even snap it up! I'm going to try the larger size, but am worried that it will be too big! Seems like Halloween costumes are never the right size!!

My son was a hit at a costume bday party back in Oct. 2008!! It's lightweight, so he wore a light sweat suit underneath. The only thing is the booties were too small, definitely not made for the average 12-18mth old.
